The Kaitlyn sweater by Posie Knitwear is an oversized lightweight bridal sweater which is knitted top down on large circular needles. It is a customisable crop, designed to hit that sweet spot on your waist and show off your figure. The design features a folded edge hem, trumpet sleeves and an I-cord trim that borders all of the edges. Leave the sleeves loose or add in the tie details to cinch the sleeves.

This sweater is knitted top down in stockinette stitch, as the increases for the sleeves and body are made. We form the low back and then continue in the round finishing with a folded hemline. The sleeves are picked up in the round and continue to the wrist where we begin increases for the trumpet sleeve. The neckline and sleeves are the completed with a tidy I-cord finish. I-cord wrist ties are an add-on at the end of the pattern.
